Hourly rates are ideal for business meetings and seminars.  All event scheduling is subject to availability.  Discounts or custom packages are available when lodging with the event.   All meetings include Complementary coffee and water service.

Indoor Events

The Virginia Cliffe Inn main house provide spacious rooms with tall ceilings, hand cut trim molding, wooden floors, and Georgian furnishings which inundate the eighteenth century grand plantation style homes. Although originally built to be a family home the large rooms are perfect for mingling gatherings such as corporate holiday celebrations, luncheons, networking events and seminars.

Prices below are a guideline for consideration and you are encouraged to contract your rate with our event coordinator as each event is unique.

  • Up to 25 Guests $150.00 per hour    $525.00 4 hours
  • 26-49 Guests $185.00 per hour   $650.00. 4 hours
  • 50-100 Guests $260.00 per hour  $ 950.00 4 hours

* Professional caterer must be approved by the innkeeper

Outdoor events re a refreshing change to the office amongst our enchanting gardens can occur in our 40’x50′ pavilion, 40’x40′ permanent tent, and lovely gardens.  The Virginia Cliffe Inn also offer spacious grounds for team building activities such as corn hole, scavenger hunts, and crochet.

  • Regular Monthly Meeting discount rate- 5%
  • Regular Weekly Meeting discount rate- 10%
  • After every $5000 of business in a 12-month period, $500 gift certificate
